ACE started with one frustration — watching incredible restaurants in San Diego serve world-class food and then post photos that didn't come close to doing it justice. The kitchens were elite. The plating was art. And the Instagram feed looked like it was run by a teenager in a hurry.
We knew the gap wasn't talent — it was time. Restaurant owners are running kitchens, training staff, fighting margins, and managing chaos. Sitting down to plan a content calendar and edit twelve dish photos isn't on the list. So we built ACE to take that off their plate entirely.
Our first client was Charminar — a Hyderabadi restaurant in San Diego with food worth flying for. What we built for them changed how their feed looked, how their dishes were perceived, and the way customers found them. That work became the blueprint. Now we're opening up to a small group of other San Diego restaurants ready to do the same.
